We are open:

Friday from 8:00 am to 2:00 pm
However, our phone hours are:
9:00 am to 3:00 pm Monday through Thursday
9:00 am to 2:00 pm on Friday
This allows our team time to make outgoing calls to insurance companies and ensure all of our aging is addressed.
CAN YOU ELABORATE ON WHAT TYPE OF SERVICES "ONBOARDING" ENTAILS?
Onboarding has a few components. In this department, we set up EFT, ERA, and EDI enrollments for all our practices utilizing your clearinghouse. We create login access for our team and our client’s teams to make eligibility checks and claims follow-up more efficient. Also, if your practice needs this, we provide on-site and remote training so that your front desk can best support your billing department.
HOW DOES YOUR COLLECTIONS DEPARTMENT WORK?
After we have attempted to collect from the patient by sending a statement, our collection department will reach out to the patient by phone utilizing the phone number supplied during check-in at the practice. We like to call this soft collections as we are not a collection agency governed by federal regulations. We make a final attempt by mail and then present the practice with a patient list of balances still unpaid.
