USPSTF:
The USPSTF recommends screening for syphilis infection in persons who are at increased risk for infection (asymptomatic, nonpregnant adolescents and adults who are at increased risk for syphilis infection).
Pregnant Women:
The USPSTF recommends early screening for syphilis infection in all pregnant women.
Note: Bright Futures recommends sexually transmitted infection screening be conducted if risk assessment is positive between ages 11-21 years.

One of the Screening diagnosis codes listed above or a Pregnancy Diagnosis Code from the list above.
